Returns

Your satisfaction matters. If you're not happy with your order:

• Contact us within 30 days of delivery
• Items must be unused and in original packaging
• Email support@hygienian.com for return instructions

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 days.

Note: Sale items and opened hygiene products are non-returnable unless defective.
